The most prominent change is that mkvmkerge will now write certain track-specific statistics (such as bit rate) as tags. It’s a release that includes a couple of minor enhancements to mmg and mkvmerge and the usual bug fixes (nothing major – though some more cases of overly long file detection times have been fixed).
